Delivery, photos, payment
How fast will I get my order?
We make and ship your order within 2–4 working days. The courier usually delivers on the next working day.
What photos should I send?
Original files from your phone or camera work best. Photos forwarded through Viber or Messenger lose quality. When you upload, we show you if a photo is too small to print.
Will I see the design before printing?
To get your gift to you fast, we print straight away, without a separate approval step. We place every photo carefully and check the text, and if anything is unclear we contact you before printing. So please check names and dates when you order.
How do I pay?
Online by bank card, Apple Pay or Google Pay when you order. Payment is secured by Shopify. We do not accept cash on delivery.
How much is delivery?
To an Econt or Speedy office – €4, to an address – €6. You see the price at checkout before confirming the order. Digital files are sent by email with no delivery.
Can I return the poster?
Personalised products cannot be returned because they are made especially for you. If the frame or glass arrives damaged, we replace it free of charge.
